Biography
Lily-Jo is a pop singer songwriter from Manchester, UK. She comes from three generations of musicians; taking her name from her late nana, Lily Jones.
Lily-Jo began her career as lead vocalist for popular charting band. She honed her talent performing at festivals, venues and arenas all across the UK and Europe, as well as shows in Belarus and Australia. Throughout this time Lily-Jo released her debut solo EP 'Need to Know' on an independent Manchester based record label.
Throughout the spring of 2017, Lily-Jo completed her first solo sixteen date UK and Ireland tour as special guest for pop artist and UK X Factor winner Ben Haenow.
In January 2018, Lily-Jo became a totally independent artist and toured extensively throughout the UK and Europe, performing at festivals and events promoting her two EP’s, ‘UNSTOPPABLE’ and ‘SWAY’.
Throughout 2019, Lily-Jo embarked upon the Never Alone Tour in partnership with The Lily-Jo Project. This tour included visiting high schools across the UK where Lily-Jo stood in front of thousands of young people – speaking and singing about a subject she is passionate about: mental health.
Summer 2019 saw Lily-Jo cross the Atlantic to complete her first USA tour where she partnered with the world renowned acoustic events team at Sofar Sounds. On this tour, Lily-Jo visited New York, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, and Huntington Beach in LA; performing acoustic shows with trusted guitarist and musician, Dave Fidler.
On her return to the UK, she teamed up with her buddy Philippa Hanna on the KNOWN tour, which included female only events in support of the charity, Compassion UK. The pair also collaborated on the single, ‘KNOWN’ and traveled together to Ecuador in South America, where they met their sponsor children and filmed a music video in support of the single.
Lily-Jo is also a TV Presenter on national TV channel, TBN UK, for the show ‘Acoustic Sessions.’ In this series Lily-Jo meets artists from the UK on a London roof terrace for live music and chat. Check it out here.
Aside from music, Lily-Jo is also a qualified Counsellor and Counselling Supervisor, and she has a passion to see people living their lives to the fullest and embracing their full potential.

The web resource features information, interviews, videos, podcasts, and practical tools on the most common mental health issues and how to overcome them.
Throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic Lily-Jo and her team created a whole years worth of mental health schools curriculum, for children and teens, aged 4-18 years. This means that her resources can be accessed around the world 24/7.
Lily-Jo is also the founder and director of Unstoppable Life Coaching. Her work around mental health has opened doors for her to feature in local and national press including: BBC Radio 5 live, BBC Radio Manchester, BBC Breakfast, Radio City Talk, Liverpool, to mention a few.
